PCSP Specialist

Job Overview: The PCSP Specialist is responsible for assisting the Enrollment Nurses in compilation of all required information for the Person-centered service plan (PCSP). Essential Responsibilities: Assist the Enrollment Nurses in compilation of all required information for the Person-centered service plan (PCSP). Coordinate and communicate with the Enrollment nurses for all missing information required to complete the PCSP. Ensured that all PCSP are completely and uploaded within allotted timeframe for all enrolled MAP and MLTC members. Assist in all other tasks as assigned. Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Accuracy & attention to detail. Good communication skills. Desire to learn. Required Education, Experience, and Licenses: Strong computer skills. High School Graduate. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook. The appropriate background in health care and/or long term care.
