Position Title Lead Application Support Analyst
Location New York, NY 10018
Job Summary The Lead Application Support Analyst position is responsible for providing oversight, leadership and direction to the group of L2 & L3 application support analysts, managing the various banking applications and software release services. The Lead application support analyst will provide "White Glove" support to all Private Bankers, serve as primary point for any issues that are discovered, escalated by the Service Desk and/or issues raised directly with the application support team. This position partners and supports the Private Bank business units as well as third level support for front line employees. The Lead Application Support Analyst directs the team on overall strategic initiatives and priorities, mentoring, coaching and evaluating performance of team members. Works with cross-functional managers and business partners to align enterprise-wide initiatives
Pay Range: $73, 626 - $107, 494 - $141, 362
Job Responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the overall team's performance, priorities and projects initiatives.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all systems utilized by team, assist in upgrades of various Bank systems.
- Responsible for analyzing, problem-solving issues as they arise that are highly technical in nature.
- Manage all aspects of various small - medium complex projects concurrently from initiation through closure.
- Provides input to the development of corporate IT standards and policies.
- Mentor and train team members, actively sharing knowledge and best practices as needed.
- Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
- Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to all domains
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications: - Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
- Minimum experience required: 5+ Years in a similar role or IAM role.
- 2 Years in leading and developing others, either formally or informally.
Preferred Qualifications: - Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Experience with Directory Services, Account permission via ServiceNow or IAM toolset.
- Experience with various IAM systems, RSA, Courion and Active Directory.
- Experience with external vendors Fiserv, FIS, Pay plus and Finastra.
