Job Summary
The Chief of Staff (Head of Strategy and Business Management) serves as primary advisor and liaison for the Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management. This role is responsible for managing and streamlining daily operations of the Private Bank, ensuring all business functions are operating efficiently. This role serves to mitigate risk and ensures compliance within the Risk and Controls framework.

Pay Range: $195, 132 - $268, 306 - $341, 481

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serves as an advisor to the Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management and senior management team. Compiles, prioritizes and prepares critical to assist with strategic planning, decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Participates in strategic planning, policy development and decision making.
  • Represents the Head of PB and Wealth Management in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders. Serves as proxy for the Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management as needed.
  • Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management.
  • Evaluates areas of improvement across the Private Bank and makes actionable recommendations
  • Evaluates key risk factors when making critical business decisions
  • Oversees Private Bank business administration
  • Effective planning and coordination of Private Bank meetings


ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:
  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
  • Minimum experience required: 3+ Years in similar role
