CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions company, is seeking an experienced and innovative Bond Product Strategist to lead the strategic direction and growth of our Investment Grade and High Yield bond offerings. Reporting to the Head of CreditSights, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, championing client needs and driving the development of differentiated solutions for the global credit markets.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Set Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling vision and long-term growth strategy for CreditSights' bond market products, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and market trends.
- Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to capture insights on workflows, requirements, and product performance.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use competitive intelligence to shape differentiated product strategies and maintain market relevance.
- Product Roadmap Development: Build and communicate a strategic product roadmap with clear priorities, informed by client feedback and business objectives. Support new product initiatives with robust business cases and expected ROI.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver successful go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, cross-selling, and client satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement feedback loops and data-driven success metrics to refine product offerings and optimize performance in response to user input and market developments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, analysts, and product managers across CreditSights, Covenant Review, LevFin Insights, Bixby, and Fitch to deliver integrated, high-value solutions.

For New York roles, the expected base pay range is $200, 000 to $300, 000 per year. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may also include bonuses, incentives, and other benefits.
