The Business Process Improvement Lead will gain broad exposure to the Bank’s operations, while offering opportunities to develop cutting-edge skills in automation and artificial intelligence. The candidate will work with a variety of Senior Leaders and Process Owners across the organization to analyze existing and design new workflows that enhance the efficiency and resiliency of the Bank’s processes. This role report to the Chief Product Owner of Business Process Simplification and Automation in the Executive Office.

Your role as Business Process Improvement Lead:

Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements and analysis; Partners with the Bank to identify best practices, metrics, and tools; promotes adoption of existing process standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads the review of processes and systems to identify gaps to current process intent and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Selects, collects, and analyzes data to find root causes of performance issues; identifies trends and process variations that lead to continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Creates and maintains process maps, SOPs, and other solution design documentation; ensures maintenance of processes and supports annual reviews and attestations of process owners.
  • Designs and develops process improvement solutions.
  • Delivers projects that provide quantifiable, statistically significant, and sustainable business process performance improvements.
  • Performs change management activities including developing and deliver training and communications to support transition of improvement project changes.
  • Maintains and communicates project plan progress, issues, and risks.
  • Creates metrics to track benefits of improvement implementations; develops dashboards and tools to monitor progress of key results, key performance indicators, and service levels within a project portfolio.
  • Summarizes analysis to report on key improvement opportunities to use for future state solution design.

What we are looking for:

  • Foundational experience in leading process improvement initiatives including conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Facility with process mapping tools such as Visio, Blueworks or equivalent
  • Six sigma green or black belt preferred
  • Strong communication skills with experience developing executive level presentations

Salary Range: $144200 - $200000 / year
