We are searching for a motivated & experienced Customer Service Representative.

Responsible for communication between the customers and all relevant departments of the company.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

• Acts as Recall Coordinator (as per Recall and Crisis Management plan) for customer communications.
• Monitors and analyzes sales results against program projections. Communicate progress to senior management
• Designs realistic action plans to effect change and effectively assign and manage task to accomplish goals.
• Supports day-to-day sales activities of the company's three segment specialties: Retail, Club/Mass and Food Service. Co-ordinate sales activities within the overall business plan
• Cultivates current and new relationships to enhance our reputation as an innovative leader in the frozen dough and par-baked breads category
• Requests New Product Development based on Market or Customer Request and develops the related Sales Forecast and Industry Analysis

• Establishes a program/system where All Sales Co-Workers can freely submit creative ideas, discuss and contribute to ideas towards existing system for the improvement of the Company's Sales initiatives and follow-up and give feedback on ideas submitted
• Promotes communication and coordination within the sales organization by compiling and analyzing sales data to provide trend data
• Maintains corporate level contacts of existing and potential customers
• Ensures all sales messages and marketing communications are consistent
• Coordinates and communicates with Sales Leaders, Groups and Area Managers
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations
• As part of your supervisory responsibility and as a back-up, supervisors must be able to do your work in ways that ensure safe food. You must also be aware of issues associated with food safety and safe food handling practices that are relevant to your job. Formal training is not required, but in house Food Safety Training conducted by a qualified staff member is mandatory. You must know how to recognize, prevent and alleviate food safety hazards. This position requires good working knowledge of the SQF code

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
