Job Summary


The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master' s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Legal Technology products such as InTapp (ideal), iManage Work, NetDocuments, Krystal DMS, LogicalDoc or similar.
  • Experience working with a Legal Services provider or in house within a legal environment or financial services environment or similar.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

The Compensation range for this role is $140, 000 USD up to $170, 000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
