Job Description:

Job Summary

Director of Solution Architecture will lead the strategic technical vision and global execution of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between complex legal workflows and high-scale technical execution, overseeing the integration of CLM platforms with core enterprise systems while pioneering the use of Generative AI to drive business value.

Core Responsibilities

· Architectural Strategy: Define and own the end-to-end technical roadmap for CLM, ensuring alignment with Legal, Finance, and Sales objectives.

· Platform Mastery: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for industry-leading CLM platforms, including Conga, Agiloft, Malbek, ContractPodAI, and Ironclad.

· Enterprise Integration: Design and oversee high-performance integrations (API, middleware) between CLM solutions and SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, and Salesforce to ensure data integrity across the contract-to-cash lifecycle.

· AI Innovation: Lead the implementation of Generative AI capabilities, such as automated redlining, AI-driven risk scoring, and RAG-based contract querying.

· Global Delivery Leadership: Direct a team of Solution Architects. Direct a distributed workforce of offshore configuration engineers and integration developers, ensuring 24/7 delivery excellence and adherence to architectural standards.

· Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with executive stakeholders in Legal, Procurement, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technical user stories.

Required Qualifications

· Leadership Experience: 12+ years in solution architecture, with 5+ years managing global delivery models and offshore teams.

· Technical Expertise: Proven experience architecting at least three major CLM platforms (e.g., Conga, Ironclad) and integrating them with SAP and Oracle ERPs.

· AI/ML Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) as applied to legal and enterprise data sets.

· Management Skills: Strong history of leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver complex, multi-region projects.

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

· Advanced certifications in SAP/Oracle or specialized CLM platform certifications.

· Experience with AI orchestration frameworks for legal automation.

· Deep knowledge of global data privacy (GDPR) and security standards for contract data.
