The Director of Human Resources position is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the alignment of business objectives for employees and management. This position will be an active member of the Sr. Leadership team, maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

This role leads the HR function for all employees in the West Henrietta, New York office, and serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues. The successful HR Director will act as an employee advocate and change agent, as well as assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Position must effectively partner with Sr. HR Managers for other functions located in West Henrietta, such as Packaging and Global Supply Chain.

The role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Plans, directs and administers the Human Resources function for the US Packaging & Distribution Organization and actively participates in HR Leadership meetings. Responsibilities of this role in include coordinating the HR LRSP and current agenda and initiatives. Proactively leads employee engagement, development, recruitment, program administration, wage and benefit administration, policy administration and employee relations.
