Scope:

The Director of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable oversee the end-to-end AP and AR processes for the CooperCompanies North America legal entities. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of payment and collections, maintain strong internal controls, drives process improvements, support strategic initiatives, drive the strategy for purchase order management, invoice-to-pay and credit-to-cash processes while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize working capital, vendors relationship and customer experience.

Job Summary:

The Director of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable will be responsible for develop and execute strategies to optimize AP and AR process, cash flow and working capital, align AP and AR operations with Controllership and business goals, and drive process standardization. The selected candidate will ensure timely, accuracy and completeness of the AR and AP transactions and data, proper aging maintenance, continuous development of AP and AR process and provide guidance and support to business and leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, strong leadership skills and a desire for teams' development. A thorough understanding of industry practices, organizational needs, and general business conditions is essential.
