Job Summary
Data Analyst 1 is an entry-level, developmental role designed to build foundational data analytics and visualization skills in preparation for progression to a Data Analyst 2 role. The position focuses primarily on data collection and visual design activities, with exposure to less complex data analysis and reporting. Visual design may include reworking graphs, applying dashboard templates, and other responsibilities as assigned. This role may also support data recalibrations on a six-month cadence (in Tableau or Excel). The role works under the guidance of senior analysts and follows established metrics and reporting standards to execute tasks. Clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential for success.
Responsible for supporting the collection, validation, and maintenance of West Henrietta distribution data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to analysis. This role supports senior analysts by preparing datasets, applying or creating standardized visual designs, and maintaining reports used by operational teams and leadership. Work performed in this role contributes to performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
