The Opportunity:
You will drive high-profile commercial and design-build developments as a key project leader in a process-driven environment. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Direct day-to-day management for commercial design/build and select high-end residential projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate daily with design professionals, internal teams, and subcontractors to maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive clients, confidential partners, and corporate CEOs on negotiated builds.
- Manage project schedules, material flows, and team resources from initial planning through final delivery.
- Execute light regional travel to job sites located within 30 minutes to 1.5 hours of the Middletown office.
- Drive goal-oriented execution to achieve project completion and performance-based financial bonuses.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Related construction project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects and direct multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong soft skills and technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with internal staff and high-level clients.
- Demonstrated experience working independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to regional project sites.
- Background managing commercial portfolios
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in design/build delivery methods and owner representation services.
- Residential experience

- Bi-weekly pay cycle with salary ranging from $90, 000 to $160, 000 based on experience.
