JOB DESCRIPTION Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to the company's growth. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills while assisting the NY/NE Sales Manager for Chubb's A& H retail business (Business Travel Accident, Scholastic and Participant Accident) in their assigned regions.
Location: New York, BostonKey Responsibilities: - Engage with potential brokers, agents and clients to understand their needs and provide product information, capabilities and training.
- Assist in generating new leads and nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct product trainings and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other Chubb divisions to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our tracking systems.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and challenges.
- Uphold the company's values and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing insurance sales operations.
