Salary Range: $131, 000 - $170, 000

Job Description:

Work alongside other A& M professionals on the PEPI CFO Services team to help private equity held portfolio companies and provide clients with solutions to preserve and generate value for their businesses. Improve transparency to key drivers and business performance, to support increasing cash and EBITDA, and provide benefits through hands-on involvement in our clients' operations. Support PE firms to ensure their portfolio companies have credible plans and the ability to execute and deliver financial outcomes. Provide the following pillar of services: Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization; Strategic Analytics & Planning; Performance Measurement & Management; Business Transformation; Auxiliary Services: Accounting Remediation. Identify, request, and process relevant data and information to complete fact-based analyses. Validate all data used in calculations, and reconcile models and reports individually and in aggregate. Independently produce accurate and reliable analyses, and compile into findings into digestible spreadsheet templates and presentation slides. Execute operational tasks including development of tools and templates for client use, tasks requested by clients, and slide deck development. Quality check work product to ensure that it addresses the subject question, flows logically, and is free from error. Set up tools to utilize client software and applications to access client data. Domestic travel required up to 50% of time.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or Finance and minimum 2 years of financial services or consulting experience. Must have experience working with the following: building integrated 3-statement financial models including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts; conducting data validation and reconciliation across models and source systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting; performing financial and operational data analysis to identify EBITDA drivers and support business performance improvement initiatives; performing complex financial data analysis, visualization, and financial due diligence; analyzing trial balance data and applying cause-and-effect logic to identify underlying business drivers; and preparing executive-level spreadsheet templates and presentation materials to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
