Job Description:
Work on a broad range of complex advisory projects with the Rapid Results Program which offers a holistic, cross-functional approach that focuses on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA and cash flow improvements across client organizations. Structure performance improvement plans and manage the process through to completion. Assist clients in analyzing functional and departmental processes including direct and indirect cost transparency, margin management, pricing and product rationalization, sales and marketing effectiveness, sourcing and global supply chain, operations management and productivity, organizational structure and effectiveness, process improvement, SG& A cost reduction, and working capital and cash management. Perform a thorough fact-based analysis, assess state of operations, identify key risks to investments and quantify potential EBIDTA improvement plans. Understand key operational performance drivers of a business and extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business operations and its risks, including the cost base and on-going CapEx requirements. Identify performance gaps and potential improvement opportunities, assess carve-out issues and associated one-time and recurring costs, and identify risks and/or synergies. Synthesize meaningful insights from data, opinions, or facts to develop findings and make strategic recommendations. Work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations. Domestic travel required up to 50% of time.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or Management and minimum 2 years of [or a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years of] management consulting or financial advisory experience. Must have experience working with the following: structured project management including time, team and work-stream management; as well as benefit and milestone tracking; performing buy-side or sell-side due diligence and synergy assessments; establishing and driving short and long-term EBITDA improvement initiatives; financial analysis including evaluating and developing three statement models, balance sheets, income statements and cashflows; end-to-end project execution and implementation of proposed initiatives; program management and leadership experience; and designing and leading the execution of internal and external change and communications strategies.
