The Team INFRA North America Transportation & Logistics (T& L) is seeking an accomplished professionals with a consulting background and deep expertise in capital program and project planning, development, delivery, and turnaround. This role is ideal for professionals who have a deep knowledge and interest in transportation and logistics infrastructure and are passionate about delivering impactful solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Directors and then to the Managing Director and Head of the INFRA North America Transportation and Logistics Practice, the ideal candidate will leverage industry connections and expertise to expand our North American presence while ensuring exceptional client delivery.
Key Skills/Responsibilities: - Aviation sector experience, specifically in aviation infrastructure capital delivery
- Experience in aviation infrastructure planning, delivery, delivery, intervention, and remediation
- Experience in turning around aviation capital project preferred
- Lead multiple concurrent projects across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with client expectations, while fostering collaboration and accountability within the team
- Manage complex project workstreams, integrating technical, commercial, and strategic perspectives
- Oversee risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Project and Team Management:
- Manage project delivery within agreed budgets, timelines, and high-quality standards
- Build a high-performing INFRA T& L team by attracting, developing, and mentoring junior talent
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and high-quality service delivery
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing challenges with effective solutions and strategic insights
- Lead and contribute to client pitches, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
- Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Assist in strategic growth initiatives to expand INFRA T& L capabilities
- Aid strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and market presence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global capital projects and infrastructure strategies
- Provide insights and thought leadership on capital projects and infrastructure trends in the transportation & logistics sectors
- Represent INFRA at industry events, investor forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and position the practice as a leader in transportation and logistics infrastructure advisory services
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 7-10+ years of experience in infrastructure, transportation, logistics, or consulting with a proven ability to secure high-value opportunities
- Deep expertise in transportation and logistics major infrastructure programs and projects including bridges, roads, tunnels, ports, terminals, rail, and aviation
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to solve complex client problems
- Proficiency in project management best practices, including PMBOK guidelines from the Project Management Institute
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contracting strategies for project delivery
- Theoretical understanding and practical experience in deploying and managing Earned Value Management systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex findings with clarity
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to deliver client projects and conduct business development activities
- Additional professional certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma, EVM, or risk management are highly desirable
The salary range is $220, 000 - $240, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
