The Team

The Resource Management team effectively partners with business leaders to ensure optimal staffing solutions considering skills, availability and utilisation levels. We are trusted business partners who manage deployment opportunities across the firm and drive balanced levels of utilisation through enhanced visibility of skills and capacity.

How you will contribute
  • Previous resource management experience in a consulting firm or matrix organisation highly advantageous; experience in a Ops, HR or Recruitment role also useful
  • Able to effectively partner with Business Leaders and other Resource Managers in the firm
  • Excellent relationship building skills, communicating with Business Leaders and staff across various business units
  • Able to manage staffing by efficiently prioritising multiple competing demands and dealing with tight deadlines
  • Able to present meaningful reporting insights to senior leadership, delivering key resourcing messages and driving agreed-upon actions
  • Go-to person for all staffing matters for specific business units and countries in North America
  • Assess and plan future resource requirements, driving utilisation based on a thorough understanding of current and future project pipeline.
  • Effectively plan for and advise on conflicts and issues, on a regular basis, prioritising based on commercial needs and key skills available
  • Build relationships across the Infra business with internal stakeholders including senior management, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance and Operations teams
  • Build awareness of individuals' performance goals and development needs
  • Make resourcing decisions that further the continuation of business and individual skill-set development
  • Utilise staffing and workforce planning tools and reports (for example PowerBI) in influencing staffing decisions

  • Experience in a Resource Management role is highly beneficial
  • Degree educated with several years of work experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience using a Resource Management/ Planning tool would be advantageous but not essential
  • Fluent English speaker is essential for all locations, proficiency in an additional language is highly advantageous (Portuguese, Spanish, etc)

The salary range is $110, 000 - $130, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
