Title: Marketing Senior Associates, Global Campaigns

Job Description:

Serve as a strategic contributor within the Global Marketing team, responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Work on initiatives that span digital advertising, social media, web content, thought leadership, and client communications, to help the team drive measurable impact on brand visibility and business growth. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, on multiple concurrent projects while proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Collaborate closely with marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media assets, internal and external communications, web pages, performance reports, white papers, and digital advertisements. Lead daily project intake and briefing processes, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams. Establish clear milestones, ownership structures, and success metrics to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Utilize advanced marketing technologies including Pardot, Social Studio, Dataroma, Cvent, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Ads, to execute campaigns and deliver actionable performance insights. Consistently demonstrate expertise in campaign analytics, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy, contributing to global marketing effectiveness and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or Public Relations and minimum one year of public relations and corporate marketing experience. Experience must include public relations strategy; engaging in global marketing efforts in a matrixed environment with multiple divisions and business units; working with marketing campaign structures, project planning, and management techniques; organizing and analyzing campaign results while working with campaign engagement trends, concerns and opportunities to support recommendations; and executing marketing multifaceted campaigns that include components specifically with web, email, social media and digital advertising data.
