The Team

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise AI and knowledge capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business transformation, and will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven solutions powered by a data layer that unlock institutional knowledge, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across the firm.

This global leader will combine technical expertise with a product mindset to deliver practical, high-impact solutions - t ranslating cutting-edge AI capabilities into tools that teams use . This role reports to the Chief AI & Knowledge Officer

How you will contribute

Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, and UX, setting technical vision and delivery strategy for AI, data and knowledge management products in alignment with broader organizational goals.


  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure tech solutions align with the needs of our BUs and employees.


  • Serve as a key technology voice in executive and cross-functional forums, contributing to vendor evaluation, build-vs-buy decisions, and strategic partnerships in the AI and KM space .


  • Partner with global executive leadership to identify high-value AI use cases and drive tech efforts to enable them


Product & Platform Development

  • Own & deliver the roadmap for AI-powered knowledge platforms, including search, retrieval, and insights, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform investments - including AI/ML infrastructure, knowledge graph architecture, and user-facing applications.


  • Own & deliver roadmap for data layer--structured & unstructured data, proprietary & third party-that will power our AI tools


  • Implement intelligent search, content tagging, and retrieval systems to support KM strategy


  • Design and deliver user-centric solutions leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs


  • Translate business needs into scalable products with clear value and measurable outcomes


  • Build out analytics capabilities to support AI/KM strategy


  • Enable product adoption through intuitive design and strong stakeholder engagement


Engineering & Architecture

  • Drive engineering excellence through best practices in agile delivery, system design, code quality, and CI/CD


  • Oversee the design and development of AI/ML systems and knowledge infrastructure


  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture (cloud-native, API-driven)


  • Guide build vs. buy decisions across AI tooling and platforms


  • Partner with IT and data teams to integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Jobvite, CRM, and internal data platforms)


  • Establish governance, ethical AI standards, and best practices are embedded in tech


Qualifications

Required

  • 1 5 + years of experience across AI/ML, software engineering, and product leadership


  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms


  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and modern data architectures


  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data)


  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value


  • Experience driving enterprise-wide initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders


Preferred

  • Experience with knowledge management systems, enterprise search, or knowledge graphs


  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Azure, OpenAI, Agentic AI, SQL, Snowflake, and MLOps frameworks


  • Experience integrating AI into HR, Talent, or enterprise productivity workflows

The salary range is $150, 000 - $300, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details .
