How you will contribute

We are seeking MBA candidates graduating between December 2025 - June 2026 with prior experience in financial services or consulting to join our growing Financial Services practice in New York or Boston. This is an in-office, hybrid role.

The work

• Support client workstreams on strategic, operational, and transformational projects.
• Structure and execute market, financial, and operational analysis to develop insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the design of business models, growth strategies, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior clients.
• Engage directly with clients through meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Stay current on trends shaping financial services, including fintech, AI, and digital transformation.
• Support practice development through thought leadership, business development, and knowledge sharing.
• Learn and grow through mentorship, on-the-job training, and stretch assignments across engagements.

Qualifications

• MBA (graduating Dec 2025 - June 2026). Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership.
• Minimum 3+ years of pre-MBA experience in consulting or financial services, with exposure to one or more of the following:
• Growth strategy or business model design
• Operational improvement and cost analysis
• M& A support or market research
• Data and technology-enabled transformation
• Digital, AI, or fintech disruption
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including financial modeling experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing settings.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

The salary range for Consultants is $90, 000 - $130, 000 and Managers is $135, 000 - $190, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
