How You Will Contribute

• Leading project delivery and have engagement management responsibilities with high a focus on deliverable quality and client relationships.
• Developing findings and making strategic recommendations
• Working with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations
• Gaining hands-on experience through consulting projects or engagement in one or more of the following areas:
  • Acquisitions and procurement
  • Financial modeling and forecasting
  • Sustainment/Maintenance and repair operations
  • Sourcing and supply chain
  • Operations management
• Sourcing opportunities aligned to the Federal market strategy and support pursuit activities related to the Federal pipeline executing all elements of the capture lifecycle.
• Leading responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotation (RFQs) and serve as a proposal manager.
• Developing transformation-based solutions addressing client challenges related to the firm capabilities and relevant offerings.
• Leading, coaching and mentoring team member professionals.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of relevant military or work experience within the Defense market
• Strong business acumen and technical experience delivering strategy, performance improvement and operational efficiency projects with Federal clients.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Accounting or Engineering (preferred).
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. A& M will not sponsor applicants for US work visa status for this role. In addition, as part of our application process applicants will be subject to a pre-employment and reference investigation.

This position is located in Washington, D.C. Ideal candidates must live within a reasonable commute to the A& M WDC Office. Relocation is not provided.

Compensation Statement

The salary is $115, 000 - $140, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD& D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
