Salary Range: $157, 000 - $175, 000
Job Description:
Play a crucial role in the Disputes & Investigations practice by working with clients to identify items relevant to an investigation or dispute matter. Compile, analyze, and document facts for matters under investigation or litigation. Analyze functional and departmental processes including compensation and benefits, supply chain and distribution channels, core operations, information technology, and back-office operations such as finance, accounting, and human resources. From a thorough fact-based analysis independently manage work streams by resolving issues and answering questions on analyses from other stakeholders. This includes understanding the what, how and why of certain analyses. Document findings and prepare reports preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts for the dispute or litigation. Research technical and industry specific issues, develop and suggest solutions to complex problems by thinking "outside the box". Domestic or international travel required up to approx. 30% of time.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management, Finance or Accounting and minimum 3 years [or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years] of experience involving financial investigations as a Manager or Senior Associate. CFE designation or foreign equivalent required. Must have experience working with: forensic and dispute consulting; leading project teams on fraud investigations, including international investigations, asset tracing and recovery, and forensic accounting; conducting business intelligence projects; collecting and analyzing OSINT sources including corporate databases for the Europe and Asia region including former USSR countries; managing process improvement projects; conducting investigative interviews; engaging in stakeholder management and communications with C-suite executives; new business development activities; and applying visual analytics tools, eDiscovery, and legal research software solutions including Relativity and Tableau to support investigative analysis and reporting.
