Our work spans the full digital lifecycle - from strategy through implementation - driving measurable business outcomes in both the short and long term.

Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals. Experience should include one or more of the following:
  • Digital and AI Transformation Strategy
  • Data architecture and analytics
  • Evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP and other software applications
  • Business / functional requirements gathering for software solutions
  • Complex program management
  • Distressed program remediation
  • IT merger and acquisition integration, divestiture and carve-out
  • IT process improvement and strategy
  • RDI / RFP development and execution


How you will contribute
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues
  • Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
  • Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables
  • Effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance
  • Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities


Qualifications
  • Ability to shape AI solutions and strategy aligned with technology, data, and business outcomes
  • Deep expertise in data, analytics, and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions (15+ years consulting, including 5+ years in AI/ML)
  • Experience selling and delivering complex, high-value AI/ML engagements with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong experience applying modern AI technologies and staying current with rapidly evolving tools, platforms, and use cases
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions and data architectures in enterprise environments

Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. Thesalaryrange is $175, 000- $250, 000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
