Cafe Attendant

Overview The Fuel Caf at All Sport Health and Fitness is looking for a high-energy, health food loving individual for a part-time position as a Caf Attendant. Key Responsibilities Each day at the caf may be different. Not everyone orders the same thing twice, but each day you will be given the opportunity to: Greet our membersFollow proper procedures for food safetyEducate members, staff, and non-members on our food and drink selectionProduct recommendation if you have a favorite shake or lunch item, share it!Maximize sales by practicing up-selling and ad-on salesRestock and merchandise as directed by managementParticipate in routine cleaning, maintenance, and operation Basic Qualifications: 1-year experience in high-volume retail or food prep settingBasic computer skills to operate our retail Point of Sale (POS) systemExperience maintaining and balancing a tillExtraordinary communication and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detailMust be 18 years or older Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a timeFrequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach throughout the workday.Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs throughout the department.
