All Boro Inc. is seeking a highly organized and authoritative Construction Office Manager to oversee, streamline, and optimize daily administrative operations at our Amityville, NY headquarters. Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and office functions, ensuring smooth internal operations at headquarters.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and support administrative staff, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, and monitoring performance
- .Data & Records: Maintain accurate records, filing systems, documentation, and client correspondence.
Coordination:
- Coordinate internal communications, office supplies, vendor services, and meeting logistics.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures in an administrative context.HR Support: Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR support as needed.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Bridge the gap between departments to support field crews and executive teams with timely information and task management.
Reporting:
- Provide reports and administrative updates to executive leadership on office-related matters.
Discretion:
- Handle sensitive company and personnel information with complete discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative management, preferably in construction, restoration, or related trade industries.
Leadership:
- Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management software.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
