As a Senior Treasury Risk Manager, you’ll be at the heart of global financial strategy, working closely with top management to ensure robust risk mitigation and compliance across all regions.

💼 Your Responsibilities

As a key member of Department "Corporate Treasury", you will:

• Lead global financial risk managementfor the DHL Group, identifying and mitigating risks related to currency, interest rates, and commodity prices.
• Develop and implement hedging strategiesusing financial derivatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee treasury accounting processes, ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant representation of financial instruments.
• Prepare high-impact reportsfor the Group CFO and Supervisory Board, including monthly risk assessments and disclosures for consolidated financial statements.
• Evaluate complex financial instrumentsand advise internal stakeholders on classification and risk implications.
• Drive digital transformationin treasury systems, collaborating with IT and external partners to automate and optimize processes.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects, enhancing financial risk management frameworks and systems.
• Act as a key contact for audits, ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards.

🎓 Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

• University degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in treasury and financial risk management.
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments and treasury accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling and risk quantification.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with databases.
• Proven experience in digitalization and process automation.
• Project management expertise.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
