We are looking for a highly motivated Field Manager (w/m/d) Impella Connect EMEA who is eager to connect our innovative Impella heart pumps to a cloud system that advance our “patients first” culture and competitive position in the market. This role will serve as a primary interface for our Sales Team to drive customers’ adoption of Impella Connect®.

The ideal candidate speaks English and French and is experienced in collaborating with several stakeholders internally and externally. Working as an entrepreneur for Impella Connect® the candidate will manage to identify and to overcome challenges to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Entrepreneur: Demonstrate excitement and the vision for Impella Connect®.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and maintain cross-functional collaboration with the Sales Team to leverage partnerships and the adoption of Impella Connect® with our customers.
• Knowledge: Be or become an expert in data privacy, cyber security and IT knowledge. Either by previous experience or by the ability to learn and being ready for adopting crucial topics for Impella Connect®
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex content to various stakeholders in the process by adapting to different characters and professional levels.
• Management: Manage several projects and stakeholders effectively towards a defined goal for Impella Connect®.
• Reporting: Document progress and be accountable for your progress and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management with a strong background in sales
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in a global, cross-functional, and multi-cultural setting
• Driven by self-motivated work ethics and resilience to achieve targets and to be successful
• Good writing and verbal communication skills, with fluency in French and English
• Willingness and ability to travel 80% or more within EMEA
• Experience in the medical device industry (EMR/EHR, telemedicine) would be a plus
