The Executive Assistant (w/m/d) will provide support for the EVP Managing Director & CTO and the Research Department

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for department (translation support, creating presentations, coordinating correspondence, prescreening & distribution of mail etc.)
  • Support Research & Development Team as needed in daily activities (schedule, coordination of meetings, summits, social events etc.)
  • Coordinate new hire interview and appointments with TA
  • Assure all business travel arrangements are planned and coordinated
  • Planning and organization of travel costs
  • Time scheduling and schedule review
  • Assure timely prolongation and administration of NDAs
  • Cross departmental support - Support requesting departments for any/all necessary needs important to business operations
  • Create and maintain clinical and product-related content used for training nurses, perfusionists, etc., to be used by the field team in their education activities.
Qualifications:

  • Education as European Secretary, International Office Manager, or similar
  • 5 years' experience in similar roles, if possible, within R& D
  • Excellent IT skills, Office, Excel, SAP, Concur
  • Excellent communication and social skills, outstanding organizational talent
  • Adaptability and highly discreet
  • Fluent in German and English
