Join our IT Group Functions division and help shape the digital transformation of Finance at a global scale.
In this role, you lead business‑critical IT programs, drive digital innovation for Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax, and act as a strategic partner to senior executives.

IT Domain- and Transformation Manager Treasury (m/f/x)

Lead Global Finance IT Programs

  • Own and manage major IT transformation initiatives (automation, digitalization, new solution implementation).
  • Define program strategy, track progress, and report directly to the Steering Committee (EVPs/VPs).
  • Lead a domain team and coordinate internal and external project teams.

Shape IT Strategy for Treasury & other Finance departments in Corporate Center

  • Translate business goals into IT requirements and long‑term strategic roadmaps.
  • Advise senior stakeholders in Corporate Treasury and other Finance departments in Corporate Center on technology trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare strategy recommendations and decision papers for senior leadership.

Drive Innovation & Demand Management

  • Identify emerging IT trends, evaluate new technologies and benchmark solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize IT demand to ensure efficient delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of finance‑related IT products.

Ensure Governance, Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Guarantee adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations including incident, change, and problem management.

Professional Background

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or similar.
  • Several years of experience in IT program or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT architectures, complex finance applications, and SAP (Finance, Treasury, Tax).
  • Experience with IT governance, security and frameworks such as PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT5, TOGAF or CISM.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycles.
  • Fluent in German and English.
