We are looking for you, located in Bonn or 100% remote as an

Program Manager (m/f/d) Strategic Project

Your tasks:

  • Analyse NOEKIS requirements & timelines

  • Organize meetings with the right stakeholders (Product Managers, UX, Country Product Manager AT, customer, end-users, etc..) to refine the understanding of the requirements

  • Moderate key initiatives involving PBU (e.g. CPOE integration, etc.)

  • Organize potential on-site workshops with end-users if requested by PM/UX (or other types of on-sites activities in which PBU colleagues are involved)

  • Define and reach agreement with customer & DACH delivery team on a sequencial delivery plan (phased approach), including minimal scope required for first Go-Live.

  • Monitor closely the development & delivery progress according to the pre-defined timeline & delivery stages

  • Create in collaboration with the CPM AT and the PM team the NOEKIS Market Requirements (“HREQs”)

  • Create a JIRA Dashboard to monitor the progress on Requirements delivery

  • Drive follow-up / status meetings to ensure a good communication on current project status (internally & externally)

  • Identify any stumbling block & setup action plans accordingly (management of potentially needed escalation with the adapted level of communication)

  • Act as single entry point of CIS4U BU for any escalation coming from the customer (blocking defect, performance issue, …) and define right course of action accordingly

  • Before Go-Live: ensure good communication of any last minute stumbling issue and organize the necessary action plans to secure Go-Live operations (this includes the close tracking of incoming defects and their processing)

  • After Go-live: monitoring of post Go-live situation & feedbacks on each hospital and other key deployments (i.e. „Nachbetreuung“)

You bring along:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry

  • Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.

  • Experience in software product development planning is an advantage.

  • Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.

  • Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.

  • Recognized skills in leading project teams

  • Quick comprehension, analytical skills, independent and goal-oriented way of working

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Given the global scope of Dedalus, a good level In English (min. B2) is required
