This is not a traditional event sales role—it's a well-rounded position that blends operations, client relationships, revenue strategy, and marketing.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Cooler temperatures year-round
  • Scenic mountain setting with incredible views
  • Less traffic and stress compared to city commutes
  • Variety in your role—no two days are the same
  • A collaborative team that values creativity and hospitality
What You'll Do Event Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate all aspects of events including layouts, catering, A/V, and décor
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless service
  • Lead BEO execution and communicate details clearly to staff
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to improve operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors
Sales Support & Revenue Strategy
  • Support the Director of Sales with site tours and booking decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Participate in weekly revenue and strategy meetings
  • Help ensure a balanced and profitable mix of business
  • Meet monthly revenue goals across event spaces, F& B, and group rooms
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events as needed
Client Experience
  • Serve as the main contact for event details when needed
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours
  • Greet and engage with clients during events
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Marketing & Property Programming
  • Assist with social media, marketing campaigns, and website content
  • Contribute to programming, promotions, and on-site experiences
  • Participate in marketing meetings and help execute initiatives
  • Host influencer and community events at the property
Restaurant Support
  • On non-event days, assist the restaurant team by hosting or supporting the Food & Beverage Manager as needed
What We're Looking For Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel and food & beverage experience required
  • Strong background in events, banquets, and F& B operations
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation
Skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel occasionally for networking or industry events
  • Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
What Makes This Role Unique
This position offers a rare opportunity to be involved in every side of the business—events, food & beverage, marketing, and revenue strategy—while working in a setting that guests travel to experience.
