Want a job where the views are amazing, the team is awesome, and every day is different? The Retreat on Charleston Peak is looking for a busser/server assistant who's energetic, friendly, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero of the restaurant—keeping tables clean and reset, helping food get out fast, refilling drinks, and making sure our guests have everything they need. You'll work closely with our servers and kitchen team to keep the vibe smooth and fun.
What You'll Be Doing

• Clear and reset tables for the next guests (bonus points for making it look effortless)
• Run food from the kitchen to tables and help out wherever you can
• Keep drinks filled and condiments stocked
• Support the servers and the team so everything runs like clockwork
• Help keep service stations and the kitchen organized

Who We're Looking For

• Positive, friendly, and ready to work as part of a team
• Someone who moves with purpose, stays organized, and likes to keep busy
• Communicates well with guests and teammates
• Food service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Must have (or be able to get) a Food Handler's Card and TAM Card
• Can work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable being on your feet, lifting, and staying active all shift
