Step Into Your New Role Assists with the coordination of the administrative and financial tasks for multiple projects. Assists senior project coordinators and Project Managers with projects of larger size or complexity. Works under general supervision of a Supervisor/Manager within specific guidelines and protocols on semi-routine assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Processes paperwork and administers tasks in accordance with prescribed guidelines and procerovides administrative support for projects by assisting in report/presentation preparation, record maintenance and scheduling. Completes filing, data entry and general clerical duties, compiles reports and plan sets, dures. May assist in report/presentation preparation.
- Uses computers effectively, open to learning new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new programs, and uses computers to improve productivity.
- Compiles routine reports for internal and external project use.
- Provides document control of communication and files and coordinates communication for large project teams for use and adherence to project policy for document control.
- Handles subcontractor questions and concerns for routine items, communicates with subcontractors politely and efficiently, understands project procedures and follows to solve routine problems, maintains pleasant and professional image.
- Answers internal team and subcontractor questions related to project specific policies for administrative items like badges, forms and templates.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. One-year certificate from college or technical school desired.
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience, and accounting experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations i s preferred but not required
Other Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Financial and project administration experience a plus.
