Dupure is hiring a Service Tech in Henderson, NV. This is a full-time position.
The Water Filtration Technician role will act as the primary point of contact for field operations, customer-related service, installation, and equipment issues. Dupure is the leader in new home residential water filtration. We are seeking skilled, energetic, friendly faces to join our team in the Las Vegas area. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide excellent customer satisfaction experience.Perform scheduled and routine maintenance.Diagnose service problems and provide repair solutions.Install new products (reverse osmosis, whole-home systems) in residential properties.Provide troubleshooting, testing, and technical support to consumers at the time of service calls.Educate and explain service issues and preventative maintenance to customers.Complete service call documentation and maintenance records.
