SUMMARY:

A Metal Worker will process two or more metal pieces and connect them buy heating and flowing a filler metal into the joint and gluing them together without melting the base material - Braze work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Blending of surfaces and applying or removing excess material with hand tools or machinery
• Set-up and use of various machines, fixtures, and tools, mixing production materials
• Part modification to specifications, Must follow production specifications at all times
• Embrace/implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities
• Regular and reliable attendance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Good reading comprehension skills
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or construction environment (preferred)
• Manufacturing certification a plus
