Join Our Team as a CNC Machine Operator!

Are you ready to kickstart your career in manufacturing? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as CNC Machine Operators.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines under the guidance of our experienced supervisors.
• Load programs and make simple edits if needed.
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
• Use hand tools and machinery to blend surfaces and apply or remove excess material.
• Work with various machines, fixtures, and tools to modify parts to specifications.
• Follow production specifications to assemble new parts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Use tracking systems and ensure compliance with our Quality Control Manual (QCM).
• Show up regularly and reliably.

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic skills in using handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to pass a job-related skills test.
