Summary:
We are seeking a District Manager (DM) responsible for meeting or exceeding service goals of multiple truck routes within a specific district. The District Manager will oversee a team of drivers. You will lead by example and energize your team as needed. The DM will report directly to the Service Manager.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team.
- Provide continual training, regular meetings, and daily check-in.
- Foster a positive work environment via route rides and by building strong relationships with staff.
- Ensure customer loyalty through outstanding customer service.
- Set up customer visits, perform audits, identify weaknesses, and propose solutions.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed in your district.
- Lead district to success, communicate changes and policies, oversee route organization, project a professional image.
- Complete general route responsibilities when necessary.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, following all applicable laws and company policy.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English to interface with clients.
- Comprehend and follow directions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Recognize colors, sizes, and types of products and count, add and subtract accurately.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, keep a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.
Education:
- High School graduation or GED.
Typical Daily Activity:
- Travel frequently within the branch area.
- Operating vehicles on public roads, working in and out of customer locations, loading areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center, or depot.
- Indoor and outdoor areas of a typical industrial facility.
- Sitting, grasping, driving, stooping, moving equipment, kneeling, reaching overhead, lifting up to 75 lbs., standing, walking, writing, speaking, and hearing.
