Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer Relationships, you'll lead a team of five and play a critical role in translating marketing strategy into scalable digital capabilities. You'll drive the evolution of our web platforms, digital experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes, stronger customer experiences, and improved marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the web and digital roadmap across multiple brands, balancing transformation initiatives with business-as-usual delivery.
- Translate marketing strategy into scalable digital capabilities that support customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Lead the delivery and optimisation of web experiences, digital platforms, and customer journeys.
- Drive continuous improvement in digital performance through KPI management and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide functional leadership for web and digital delivery, embedding agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer experience, IT, data, and operational teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Work closely with global development teams, engineers, architects, and external partners to design and deliver digital experiences.
- Manage dependencies across web platforms, martech solutions, AI-enabled capabilities, analytics, governance, and operational processes.
- Create alignment and accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities.
- Champion innovation and bring a future-focused perspective to customer experience, digital channels, and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience translating marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes through digital capabilities.
- Strong experience working within web, martech, or complex digital customer experience environments.
- Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, or web-based initiatives.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience, service design, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Experience managing governance, operational readiness, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge established ways of working, and drive organisational change.
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital delivery leadership role.
- Experience delivering CMS upgrades, migrations, or modernisation programs.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
