Do you have experience managing Tier 1 Power System projects?

If so, we have an exciting Project Manager opportunity to join our delivery team in Sydney!

As the Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our delivery strategy and responsible for the delivery of successful outcomes for our customers.

Tier 1 Projects range from small to large electrical distribution packages including but not limited to MV, LV, and Power Solutions, within the Rail, Data Centres, Transportation, Health, and Oil and Gas sectors.

This opportunity will allow you to work with best-in-class Project Managers where your high levels of system integration and coordination will be utilised both on-site and within existing facilities

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate high profile projects (Tier 1) with successful outcomes for both the client and company
  • Demonstrate the design, installation, testing and commissioning of projects for builders and electrical contractors
  • Working with project delivery processes based upon the PMBOK
  • Managing and coordinating local and offshore manufacturing facilities
  • Delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers
  • Reporting on project progress regularly to our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve gross margin whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and drive improvements in collaboration across the value chain
Ideal Candidate
  • You have a have proven experience managing Tier 1 projects within the energy and renewables space
  • You have strong Project Management experience and are committed to quality outcomes and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • You are focused, collaborative and passionate about the work that you do
  • You have strong commercial sensibility with the ability to influence various stakeholders across the enterprise, coupled with strong analytical skills will be key to your success
  • You have exceptional communication skills with an ability to think on your feet, whilst consulting and listening is also an essential requirement
