Due to exponential growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Head of Projects person to join our Secure Power Application Centre team.

As the Head of Projects for the Secure Power Application Centre (SPAC), you'll be at the forefront of managing a talented team of Project Managers to deliver top-notch solutions for our clients, specifically in critical power and cooling environments and the exciting Data Centre segment. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Managers to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process.
  • Maintain and improve project margins while managing risks effectively.
  • Provide regular project reports and financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within your team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience managing a team of Project Managers in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Background in delivering complex projects, particularly in the data centre or technology sectors.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in building positive working relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
