Schneider Electric is hiring a Delegated Administrator - Global Services in Sydney - Macquarie Park, NSW. This is a full-time position.

The Opportunity

Our growing GlobalServices team is currently looking to appoint a DelegatedAdministrator to be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne locations. As part of our wider Network of Excellence (NoE) group, you will act as a key technical support partner for various users and other internal stakeholder groups, ensuring the effective administration, adoption and ongoing success of our various digital platforms.

You will play a key role in the provision of systems support, manage user access and data integrity, develop reports and dashboards and collaborate with various global and local stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and user engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact and provide Level 2 technical support for Salesforce and Front Office platform users, escalating issues where required
  • Manage user administration activities including account creation, updates, role assignments, security access and deactivations
  • Maintain data quality and integrity across our platforms, working with Data Stewards on ownership changes, mass updates and data maintenance activities
  • Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, list views and public groups to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with local champions, coach business leaders and train other global support teams to ensure effective platform adoption and issue resolution
  • Participate in system improvement projects, process enhancements, training activities and administration best-practice communities
  • Act as platform-specific backup and technical point of reference during team absences
  • Collaborate with Delegated Administrator peers across our global network, sharing best practice and contributing to global community forums


About You

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role coupled with experience in the use of Salesforce
  • Strong IT skills with a high level of proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Strong communicator, collaborator and influencer of outcomes, especially across geographically dispersed stakeholder groups
  • Teamwork is your strength and this is backed by your background in customer service delivery
  • High attention to detail, process driven and focused on quality outcomes that adheres to processes
  • Those with relevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourably, as will those with a strong knowledge of Schneider Electric systems and processes
