The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a BMS Project Manager to join our Digital Energy Business. Responsible for the delivery of Schneider Electrics BMS projects this role is a true technical partner to our customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager and partnering with the national, local engineering teams and stakeholders for multiple client sites across Sydney, you will become part of a passionate and experienced team that provides outstanding service and support to our clients. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of projects with varying complexity
- Establish project scope, time and cost baselines and ensure deliverables are set up and communicated
- Develop detailed plans for project implementation including cost forecasts, WBS, project timeline (program with duration and dependable) identifying critical paths
- Maintain a high level of communications with clients - internal and external
- Project review and risk management, resource planning and allocation achieving agreed budget, schedule and quality
- Manage suppliers and subcontractor ensuring budget, scope, timelines and quality are met

- Tertiary or trade qualifications in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering
- Strong project management skills certified to PMP and/or Prince2
- Knowledge of BMS controls (BMS/BAS/BMCS) and HVAC systems
- Exposure to healthcare and hospital projects
- Minimum of 5 + years in a similar role is essential
- Commercial acumen together with a strong understanding for and a demonstrated capacity to meet client technical requirements and exceed customer care expectations
- Project documentation, design, engineering, commissioning, installation of complex building management systems
- Excellent written and oral communications skills complemented by strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in industries such as construction or allied services
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and highly proficient with MS Project and the MS office suite;
