Join our dynamic Team at DHL Global Forwarding! We are looking for our next HR Business Partner to be based in our Sydney Office.

We are looking for our next HR superstar to join a busy and dynamic team, based in NSW at our Matraville Office. You will be joining a team of HR professionals based around Australia supporting a fast moving, complex business.

This role is not for the fainthearted; if you like to be busy, engaged and focused on delivering the very best HR advice, support and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders while also being involved in our annual calendar of events and the occasional project – then this might be the role for you.

As our next HR Business Partner you will be engaged in every aspect of the employee lifecycle including but never limited to recruitment management, onboarding and offboarding, consultancy and advice across a broad range of people topics, employee relations, performance management, execution of our HR strategy and action plans, process improvement, and, across all of these activities facilitating behaviour change in leaders and employees, driving our transformation agenda.

We are looking for someone who brings fresh perspectives, actively listens, and thrives in diverse thinking environments. If you have solid HR generalist experience in medium to large organizations, strong industrial relations knowledge across Australia, and additionally any knowledge or expertise in Compensation & Benefits, along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, we’d love to hear from you.
