What's in it for You?

You'll join a highly collaborative, people-first team known for its positive culture, strong partnership ethos, and genuine commitment to work-life balance. Quality delivery, continuous improvement, and shared success sit at the heart of how this team operates.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Home Lending or Business Banking
  • Solid experience recruiting within Banking or Financial Services, including high-volume frontline roles
  • Agency recruitment experience (highly regarded)

  • An AI-curious candidate with experience using AI to uncover top talent
  • Strong stakeholder management with demonstrated capability in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • A collaborative working style with a genuine passion for candidate care and experience
  • The ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes with ease
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivery when partnering with stakeholders and peers
  • Demonstrated resilience and comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business demands
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies to business outcomes, workforce plans, and market conditions
