Talent Acquisition Partner (RPO Recruiter) - Financial Services

Sydney CBD | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team, supporting a leading client organisation within the Financial Services sector.

In this role, you will partner with a Sourcing Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment across both contingent and permanent hiring within a results-driven, highly regulated environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver strong hiring outcomes, ranging from high-volume roles to senior-level positions across Technology, Operations, Customer Service and Risk & Compliance.

As part of the wider Korn Ferry team, you will have access to ongoing learning and development support, exposure to industry-leading clients, and clear career development opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across both contingent and permanent hiring
  • Lead Contact Centre recruitment campaigns
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role briefs, sourcing strategies, and assessment approaches
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies andpayroll providers
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining aligned to workforce planning priorities
  • Ensure all hiring activity meets probity, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support broader Talent Acquisition projects
What We're Looking For (Must Have)
  • Previous end-to end recruitment experience across contingent and permanent hiring within Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce models, vendor management, and payroll provider engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach
  • Ability to excel in a results driven environment, delivering strong outcomes
  • Experience operating in a regulated or compliance, risk-focused environment
  • Experience using Excel for reporting; exposure to Copilot (AI) is highly regarded
