- Korn Ferry is proud to partner with a leading financial services organisation, delivering end-to-end recruitment support through our RPO model. As part of this high-performing team, you'll play a critical role in connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities - and ensuring every candidate has a standout experience along the way.
- Due to continued hiring momentum, we're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based primarily in Sydney CBD (with flexibility for candidates in other locations), this hybrid role (2 days onsite per week) places you at the heart of high-volume recruitment operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- This is more than an administrative role - it's your opportunity to directly shape talent outcomes for a major client and leave a lasting impression on every candidate you engage with.
What You'll Do
- Drive high-volume application management - efficiently processing candidate applications to keep hiring pipelines moving at pace
- Deliver quality candidate screening - identifying strong talent early and providing timely, constructive feedback to candidates and recruiters alike
- Champion candidate experience - ensuring every interaction is professional, responsive, and reflective of a best-in-class recruitment process
- Maintain data integrity - managing candidate records and recruitment progress within the ATS with accuracy and attention to detail
- Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders - supporting the team to meet critical hiring timelines and deliver great talent outcomes for our client
- Uphold compliance and best practice - ensuring all recruitment activity aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements
What You'll Bring
- Recruitment experience - a background in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally within a high-volume environment
- Exceptional organisational skills - the ability to juggle multiple applications and competing priorities without missing a beat
- A detail-driven mindset - structured, process-oriented, and committed to getting it right
- Outstanding communication skills - a natural customer-first approach when engaging with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders
- Energy and initiative - proactive, reliable, and genuinely eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced team
- Financial services exposure - experience in the sector is a bonus, but not essential
