The Senior Director, APAC Partner Sales' mandate is to lead and scale Korn Ferry Digital's indirect go-to-market strategy execution across the APAC region. This role is responsible for co-selling and driving top-line revenue growth, developing a high-performing channel ecosystem, and accelerating partner-sourced pipeline for our Sales & Service solutions.

This role is an opportunity to lead regional strategy in a high-growth digital business, scale one's impact, as well as the autonomy to shape a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

The Senior Director, APAC Partner Sales is the primary interface between our Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) and internal stakeholders to expand channel market coverage and execute regional sales strategy. It requires a leader who is passionate about building scalable programs, driving execution, and cultivating strong community and relationships with partners who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and implement a regional partner sales strategy aligned with APAC's growth priorities.
  • In FY26, own channel revenue targets and metrics for APAC including: pipeline creation, deal conversion, topline growth including co-selling in ANZ, and forecast accuracy across the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop, land and measure joint business and territory plans with ISCs to grow wallet share and expand account penetration. This includes implementing partner cadences such as: Weekly or bi-weekly forecast, quarterly territory review, big deal reviews, win/loss reviews, etc.
  • Analyse channel sales performance data and partner trends to identify opportunities, gaps, and course-corrective actions.
  • Implement metrics that demonstrate Partner impact on revenue: Partner Initiated, Partner facilitated, Partner expanded / renewed
Channel Partner Enablement & Development
  • Continually Recruit and onboard a next-generation portfolio of ISC partners to accelerate market coverage and solution reach.
  • Partner with global teams to provide a rolling & structured enablement, coaching, and product training/updates to equip ISCs for success.
  • Build a high-engagement partner community and advocacy through regular communication, training, ISC-led CXO roundtables/events and knowledge-sharing forums.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and Korn Ferry internal teams, including Digital, Consulting, Legal, Finance, Product, Delivery, and Marketing.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and advocate for partner needs internally to support deal velocity and customer success.
  • Act as a thought leader in the region, promoting channel-first culture, sharing market insights, and supporting strategic customer conversations.
  • Build with/through the ISC's a community of stakeholders advocates across accounts as reference, events or case study clients.
Programmatic Leadership
  • Lead channel incentive programs, partner tiering, and performance management processes in alignment with global standards.
  • Oversee contract governance, deal desk escalation, and compliance as it relates to third-party sales activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in partner experience and sales operations.
