The OpportunityAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll operate as a true advisor - owning end-to-end recruitment while helping build and evolve a high-performing RPO solution.
You'll partner with stakeholders across ANZ, delivering outstanding hiring outcomes while playing a key role in shaping how talent is attracted, assessed, and hired within a major media organisation.

What You'll Be Doing- Partnering with Hiring Managers as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment across ANZ
- Driving proactive sourcing and multi-channel attraction strategies
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines
- Delivering a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience
- Running structured briefing sessions and managing expectations
- Assessing talent using competency-based frameworks
- Supporting the design and evolution of recruitment processes and reporting
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and outcomes
- Acting as a SME across sourcing, market insights, and TA best practice
What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (RPO, embedded, or in-house)
- Strong exposure to the media, advertising, or creative industries (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and market mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Comfortable operating in a build/scale environment - adaptable, proactive, solutions-focused
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
