We're partnering with a globally recognised leader in the media and advertising industry and building a brand-new RPO solution from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity to join at the beginning, supporting the build of strong talent pipelines, shaping sourcing strategies, and contributing to high-quality hiring outcomes across ANZ.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders, focusing on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
The Opportunity

You'll join a newly established Korn Ferry RPO supporting one of the world's leading media organisations, with the opportunity to:

• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders across ANZ
• Drive sourcing strategies across multiple business areas
• Conduct market mapping and talent identification
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles
• Support the design and evolution of sourcing practices from day one

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors.

You'll bring:

• Proven sourcing experience in an RPO, agency, embedded, or in-house environment
• Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
• Experience identifying and engaging specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, marketing, and corporate functions
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability
• Effective stakeholder and recruiter collaboration skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment
