RPO Senior Recruiter - North Shore Sydney

Location: 15-20 minute train ride from the CBD, NSW (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced and driven RPO Senior Recruiter to join our team supporting a multinational technology and information solutions client company.

About the Role

In this position, you will operate as a Senior Recruiter, managing requisitions-including senior and executive-level hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior business leaders to deeply understand role requirements, organisational priorities and expectations. Leveraging your market insights and executive search capability, you will deliver top talent in a highly competitive market.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, build robust pipelines across mid-level to executive roles, and drive a disciplined, consultative recruitment approach. In addition, you will ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the process, maintaining high standards of communication, assessment rigor, and partnership with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Commercial (Sales) and Corporate roles across ANZ and APAC
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and influence decisions
  • Execute executive search activities for senior roles
  • Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing and market mapping
  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure a positive experience
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of AI-powered tools throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, enhancing sourcing, screening, and hiring outcomes through data-driven insights
